Terms of Service

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using our service.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Genuine Inc. (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the "Rental Oppa" service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means the Korean cultural experience matching service provided by the Company. • "User" means an individual who uses the Service. • "Partner" means a person who provides cultural experience services. • "Matching" means the service that connects Users with Partners.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

• These Terms become effective when posted within the Service or otherwise notified to Users. • The Company may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws when reasonable grounds arise.

Article 4 (Service Provision and Changes)

The Company provides the following services: • Korean cultural experience guide matching • Tourism course recommendations • Reservation and payment services • Customer support services The Company may change the content of services and will notify in advance when changes are made.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts: • Providing false information • Infringing on others' rights • Acts that interfere with service operations • Exchanging private contact information with Partners Users must comply with reserved service hours.

Article 6 (Service Usage Restrictions)

The Company may restrict service usage or terminate contracts when Users violate these Terms or interfere with normal service operations.

Article 7 (Payment and Refunds)

• Service fees are based on advance payment. • Refund Policy: - Cancellation 5+ days in advance: 100% refund - Cancellation less than 5 days: 50% refund - No-show: No refund

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The Company is exempt from liability for service provision when unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. • The Company is not liable for service usage disruptions caused by User negligence.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes regarding these Terms shall be resolved according to Korean law, with Seoul Central District Court as the competent court.
